Shipping & Returns

reSail: ships within forty-eight hours of order placement.

Spring 2027 collection: ships in waves beginning March 2027. You’ll receive an email when your specific piece is on its way.

Domestic ground shipping is complimentary on orders over $250. Two-day and overnight options are available at checkout. International orders ship via DHL and arrive in five to ten business days.

Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout when possible. If they cannot be pre-paid, the carrier will collect them on delivery.

Full-price collection pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery, unworn and with original tags, for a full refund to the original payment method. We provide a prepaid return label for U.S. returns; international returns are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Banks may take an additional three to seven days to post the credit.

We’re a small operation and don’t offer direct exchanges yet. The fastest way to swap a size or color is to place a new order and return the original — we’ll prioritize the new shipment.

Pieces in the reSail section are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Each is one of one and described in detail on the product page; we encourage you to review measurements and condition notes carefully before ordering.

If a reSail piece arrives in materially different condition than described, write to resail@brasssailor.com within seven days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo to hello@brasssailor.com within seven days and we will replace the piece or refund you in full — your choice.
