All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a piece is out of stock, if pricing is in error, or if we suspect fraud — and we will refund any payment in full.

Pre-order items ship on the date listed on the product page, give or take a week. reSail items are final sale and ship within forty-eight hours of order receipt.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless stated.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for any activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.

Brand names, logos, designs, photography, and copy on this site are the property of Brass Sailor. The Brass Sailor name and wordmark are our marks. Please don’t use them in a way that would suggest we endorse a product or service we haven’t.

The site is provided as-is. We don’t guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Garments are made by human hands; small variations between pieces are part of how we work, not a defect.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County.
